HBA NEW YORK PRESENTS

Unlock your Potential: How to Navigate Career Transitions from HR Leaders’ Perspective

Join the HBA’s Career Transformation affinity group in partnership with HBA NY for a panel discussion on navigating career transitions across small and large healthcare organizations. Are you interested in a switch from small biotech to large pharma (or the reverse), or perhaps exploring different positions within your current enterprise? Join us to learn about tools and experiences from HR executives to ensure success in your transition plan. This panel will explore cultural and governance differences across small and large organizations, discuss typical blind spots when navigating your interview plan, and highlight the ways you could approach mentoring/sponsorship relationships to build your network once you land the job.

HBA’s Career Transformation Affinity group are women and allies focused on Career Transformation. Our group serves to help people through all facets of life during times of job transitions. We seek to help members identify how and what they want to change and provide a detailed roadmap for how to get to their destination. Our career growth platform focuses on building lifelong relationships that provide supportive peer advice and collaboration along with interactive, empowering, and educational career development programs.

HBA NY is a regional chapter focused on connecting passionate healthcare and life science professionals with one another. By fostering a supportive and diverse environment, we give you the freedom to explore new skills, network with other members and be a catalyst for change.
