Race and Gender Diversity in the Workplace: The Road Map For Race and Gender Inclusion

This is event will describe the road map for race and gender inclusion in the workplace as the speaker will share how she has built expertise as a valued business partner within global organizations.

Ms. Denelle Waynick is a respected leader in both healthcare and life science industries. For more than 20 years, she has built expertise as a valued business partner providing sound, strategic counsel on a wide range of global business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. Since 2014, Ms. Waynick was US General Counsel for UCB, Inc. She was a member of its Board of Directors, serving as its Secretary, overseeing the Corporation's governance. In 2019, Ms. Waynick assumed the role of Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management, with the responsibility, managing and providing strategy direction on the company's overall risk profile. From 2017-2018, she assumed responsibility for the Legal Affairs ex-America's team. Ms. Waynick graduated, cum laude from the Howard University School of Law in Washington, DC. and has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
