HBA ATLANTA PRESENTS

Leading Transition and Navigating Change

Event description
Healthcare institutions and pharmaceutical companies respond to marketplace transitions with large-scale change efforts (mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, adoption of new systems, and process improvement initiatives). Dr. Wendy Heckelman, founder of WLH Consulting, Inc., has provided strategy development and execution planning consulting services to leaders in these industries for twenty-five years. In this workshop, Dr. Heckelman will share key insights on how top leaders successfully navigate both themselves and their teams through major transitions and offer strategies for you to improve your own change agility.
