HBA MAINLINE MONTCO PRESENTS

Authentic Leadership

Authenticity is often misunderstood. People tend to assume that authenticity is an innate quality - that a person is either authentic or not. The truth is that authenticity is both a quality and a skill - something that can be developed over time. If authenticity were purely an innate quality, there would be little you could do to manage it and, therefore, little you could do to make yourself more effective as a leader. But great leaders seem to know how to harness the power of authentic behavior to build trust. In this informative session, learn to recognize your own values and differentiators. Build the courage and skill to be an authentic leader.
