Event description
Letting go of the need for perfection and having the courage to make mistakes are essential to growing as a leader. How can you develop these abilities? 2016 HBA Woman of the Year (WOTY) Jennifer Cook believes the answer lies in building good connections with others. By trusting and inspiring others to achieve, we can collaboratively create work outcomes and solutions which far surpass what we could do on our own.
At this dine-around, we’ll watch a video of Jennifer’s inspirational Woman of the Year (WOTY) speech in which she talks about how she came to these realizations in her own career. We’ll then talk in small groups about how her insights can help us grow as leaders. This address got high praise at the 2016 Woman of the Year event in New York. This is your opportunity to get that same experience (through a video of her speech) here in Philadelphia.
