HBA INDIANAPOLIS PRESENTS

Engaging Patients Through Smart Health Communities The Future of Health

Smart health communities (SHCs) leverage digital technologies to create virtual health and wellness groups of people around a specific health area which allow for more preventive and personalized health interventions that can collaborate with existing health structures. They allow patients to connect across the health care ecosystem. SHCs empower individuals to proactively manage their health and well-being; foster a sense of community and belonging; use digital technology and behavioral science leveraging data to meaningfully improve outcomes; and create new and innovative ecosystems. Join us for a discussion with healthcare industry leaders about the growth of SHCs and how they will impact customer loyalty, improve wellness behaviors, increase access to services, and reduce overall healthcare costs.
