HBA CHICAGO-NORTHERN SUBURBS PRESENTS

Transforming the Patient Experience from the Inside Out

What do an integrated care team, electronic records and state-of-the-art facility design bring to the patient? They are all part of the redesigned Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital, which provides access to world-class, breakthrough medicine in a thoughtfully designed facility that uses its natural surroundings to create a healing environment for patients and staff. The campus integrates medical care with nature and wellness, featuring 7,000 feet of walking and biking trails and serene views.

Join us for an evening where you will hear from members of the integrated care team. They will share their experiences, growing pains and their vision of healthcare of the future. Learn how the physical environment provides greater clinical flexibility and efficiency for the care team.

• Maddie Dugan, member, patient and family advisory council and hospital volunteer, Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital
