On 17 April, Takeda is hosting a workshop on "Courageous Leadership" in collaboration with HBA Zurich.
Adrienne Gibson, speaker, facilitator, coach and consultant specializing in transformational change, will deliver a session on what it means to be a courageous leader, sharing insights and practical examples on how effective leaders can translate this concept into their leadership style.
This interactive event will also look at how leaders in the healthcare market can keep ahead of the change curve by being courageous, especially in light of the market pressures and ever-changing industry needs.
This is your opportunity to speak about what courageous and authentic leadership means to you, to learn from other colleagues, to discuss potential obstacles or barriers holding you back and to gain tips on how to become an agent of change who challenges the status quo.
