HB8 Dine-Around: International Women's Day with Allison Marshall and Jodi Brichan

8 March marks International Women's Day with the theme #BeBoldForChange. It's a day that asks women to take bold action to help forge a better working world - a more gender inclusive world. Coinciding with this year's International Women's Day is the Day without a Woman, from the organizers of the Women's March. With so much going on with women's rights and recognition of the important role women play in business and society, we wanted to create a space for members and non-members to come together to discuss, share and energize themselves in this time of great transition.

Allison Marshall is the solutions lead and marketing communications manager at Claritas RX, and director at large, programs, HBA San Francisco. Jodi Brichan is a group account director a Klick, Inc, and director at large, corporate relations, HBA San Francisco. Both are passionate about healthcare, life sciences and women's issues, and are co-hosting this great event to facilitate ideas and share our own mission statements for creating a more tolerable and gender-equal society.

In this intimate setting, you and up to seven other great women will have an opportunity to get to know each other in an informal, social environment and learn more about the HBA and share your experiences. We take care of the reservation and logistics and you bring your curiosity and enthusiasm. Out of respect for your fellow diners, please do your best to arrive on time. Also, do remember to bring business cards to take full advantage of the networking opportunities.

Note: This event costs $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers to cover administrative and chapter fees (charged at registration). This fee is non-refundable. Cancellations are appreciated at least 24 hours in advance. This would allow time to notify the next person on the waitlist. You are responsible for the cost of food and beverages. If possible, please bring cash (including small bills) to make splitting the check easier.
