This event is all about taking a look into the potential future of work. You will have the opportunity to exchange and learn about how culture and work contents will change in the face of emerging trends, how the future workplace will fulfill the uprising demands and how leadership and organizational structures will have to react to keep talents. During the interactive marketplace you can join discussions on following questions:

    - What is meant by "new work:” How does the environment, the leadership and the work itself change
      in the upcoming years?

    - Which skill portfolio do I need for the future?

Excellent speakers are invited to share their views and experiences about the future of work in an interactive market place session. Snacks and drinks will be provided as well.
