Webinar: Launching Internal Women's Networks that Work

Please note: This webinar will take place from 12:00 – 1:00 PM ET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendar accordingly.

Webinar description
Hear from three leaders who all played key roles in establishing these types of programs within their respective organizations. What challenges did they encounter along the way? How did they secure buy-in from senior management? What worked and what didn’t? "Build it and they will come: Creating a Corporate Grassroots Women’s Network” was a highly rated workshop from the 2015 HBA Annual Conference and our team of experts are happy to bring this program to the entire HBA audience.

The program will follow a moderated panel discussion format and attendees will be encouraged to ask questions and interact virtually with presenters. Attendees will also receive templates for creating an organizational charter, checklists for program planning and other useful tools in advance and during the program to facilitate and help define potential objectives, programing, promotion, communication and sponsors. Leverage the lessons learned from our panel of experts to develop promotion and communication plans for an internal women’s network at your own company.

Learning objectives
1.  Assess the current landscape of your company, and receptivity to an internal women's network (IWN) initiative
2.  Identify IWN opportunities that exist at your own company
3.  Using best practices and resources provided during the program, begin to develop an actionable plan to initiate an IWN
