Event description
Leap into the spring season with a presentation of approaches to fitness at all levels, as well as a peek at the new 2015 Spring season fitness active wear. The yin and yang of health and fitness will be demonstrated by fitness trainers, adventure outfitters and spa experts. Experience inspiration on the path to perspiration. Observe tips and tricks for easing into spring and enjoy relaxation in the form of mini adventures with chair massages and other fun pampering.

1. Share common interest in fitness and health in the context of Athleta environment
2. Observe fitness as a means to achieve balance and relaxation
3. Networking and collaborate with like-minded HBA members in the realm of fitness and health
