Cancelled: Spin and Sweatworking

Due to unforeseen circumstances this event has been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Cycling instructor, Jessica Yankus, will be teaching a class about the basics of cycling on a stationary bike. She will also go over all the different types of “moves” and then together we will ride to the music! After the class, we will have some smoothies and salads and talk about the challenges that we just all overcame together.

Additional Information 
Parking available. Bring sneakers, water bottle and towel. No need for spin shoes, but if you have them, make sure they are SPD clips. Registrants are responsible for their own food and drink.
