HBA MILAN PRESENTS

Workshop - Neuromarketing Strategies

We know that decisions are not only the result of evaluations and logic previsions, but also the outcome of a complex process, in which emotions plays a critical role. Unfortunately this is not easy: a characteristic example is provided by the famous advertiser David Ogilvy, that in the ‘50s wrote that “Consumers don’t think how they feel. They don’t say what they think, and they don’t do what they say". That’s why traditional market researches often fail to predict the success of a new product or service. Laura Pirotta, a clinical psychologist and a skilled neuroscience specialist, will lead us in a fascinating excursus through Neuromarketing, showing us how recent neuroscience acknowledgements changed the approach to understand the way our brain reacts when we make buying decision as well as in any other human relationship, both in work and in personal life. THE EVENT WILL BE HELD IN ITALIAN.
