In this educational event, JP Pal and Melissa Ferguson, two Ethicon and Diversity & Inclusion Leaders,will speak on why diversity & inclusion is critical to the innovation process. Hear a tale of two innovations -how the greatest technology can flop, yet an average technology can prosper with the right diverse and inclusive environment. Also learn how to foster this environment in your workplace via 4 key tools that are important in navigating unconscious bias, and build a plan for how you can be a disruptor and co-conspirator to step change inclusion!

Onsite (walk-in) registration: Is allowed

    Onsite registration is not recommended. If you choose to register onsite, please arrive at least fifteen
