HBA CINCINNATI PRESENTS

Women's Executive Presence and Self-Defense

This learning session will involve interactive training of basic self-defense techniques, striking combinations and practical decision-making skills by Danny Calhoun, experienced instructor from the Punch House. He will also instruct the group as to how these techniques apply to the business world and complement each other. The Punch House instructors are committed to help empower women. Their program is tailored towards boxing and striking techniques that strengthen the mind and body.

After the physical instruction, the participants will have the opportunity to discuss the practical application they have taken away from the session. The program will feature about an hour of active instruction, with the rest of the time spent in Q&A and networking. There will be light refreshments provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring water bottles and towels if desired. All equipment for the session will be provided.

Additional information: The session will be held in the TriHealth Baldwin fitness center and 1st floor conference room (Karen Hagerty is the contact)
