Event description
Julie Swick has over 25 years of experience at Battelle leading contract research and development for both commercial and government clients. Follow Julie's career from electrical engineer to manager of Battelle’s Life Sciences Research Business Unit, where Julie leads over 350 research and technical staff supporting pre-clinical toxicology, pharmacology, and efficacy testing of medical products for chemical, biological, and infectious disease agents.

Julie's talk will focus on transition points in her career: what lead to increased responsibility, what she did to make opportunities happen, who helped, etc.
