Healthy Connections Weekday Wellness: Networking Over Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

Event description
Build your network with a group of women who have a strong interest in health. Come together to build relationships and share tips on improving work life balance, while learning about incorporating olive oils and vinegars in your culinary repertoire. A lucky few will win door prizes, including a coveted gift set of oils, vinegars, recipes and other delights.

5:30 - 6:00 PM     HBA introduction, networking with oil and vinegar tasting
6:00 - 6:45 PM     Speaker on wellness benefits of olive oil and balsamic vinegar
6:45 - 7:30 PM     Discussion on healthy alternatives and recipe sharing networking activity
