Healthy Eating on the Go with HBA Chicago: Networking While You Learn About Healthy Food Choices

Event details
Today’s busy lifestyle often leaves us struggling to maintain healthy eating habits, particularly when you are constantly on the go. Join fellow HBA members at this “healthy eating on the go” class and network in a new way this year. Come sample some healthy recipes, and learn some tips and strategies from a registered Dietician to apply to your busy life. In addition, while you network, learn about how to choose the healthiest beer, wine, and cocktail option.

1. Networking and learn healthy eating tips with fellow HBA members
2. Share your interests for future events with Healthy Connections volunteers
3. Take a step to a healthier lifestyle and learn how others stay “Healthy Leaders” by balancing their professional and healthy lifestyle interests
