Women That Thrive: Six Powerful Strategies for Building Your Resiliency

Women need to anticipate, navigate, learn and grow from the challenges they encounter for career success. One particularly important skill for women is resiliency. McKinsey conducted a recent study that suggested resiliency was one of three critical skills women most need to develop to ensure career success. Women who consciously make the choice to grow from adversity are more likely to be transformed by work-related challenges.

During this session, the presenters will introduce the resiliency framework, consisting of six strategies that help women thrive in the face of career adversity. Attend this session to find out which resiliency strategy you need to strengthen to increase your career satisfaction and viability. You will take a brief assessment to determine your resiliency needs, and you will leave with specific actions that you can take immediately to increase your resiliency.
