Discover Three Strategies to Move From Confusion and Indecision to Clarity and Focus

The career landscape has made a sharp turn with more women opting to go out on their own, or at least entertaining the idea, rather than pursuing the painful ups and downs in the job search cycle. But, is the entrepreneurial role the right direction for you? If your business is your current source of income, is your business structured and business brand/model defined for company growth and scale? If you’re pursuing a corporate role, are you positioning your distinctive impact and value as a solution to the hiring manager’s most pressing problem?

Both scenarios involve an up and down cycle . . . one day you feel strong and focused about your direction and exude the confidence, energy and expertise of the perfect ‘match’ for a ‘best fit’ job who would exceed expectations . . . the very next day you feel confused, deflated and indecisive about your direction.

During this interactive and experiential program, you’ll gain deeper insights, clarity and focus on three levels that will bring more consistency and confident decision-making to each day:
• The anchors that influence your feeling of confidence one day and the polar opposite the next day
• The three steps that are critical to illuminate the ‘magic’ that your distinctive value and impact will contribute to the hiring manager and company or to your company’s external client and your company
• The three strategies to integrate as a lifestyle standard that will lead to success as an entrepreneur or independent contractor . . . the same strategies needed to grow, stretch and advance in a corporate role

In advance of the program, we’ll send you the career anchors assessment to complete and return within two-weeks before the program. Your results will only be included in a group total, and not visible to anyone except the speaker/facilitator. After the program, you’ll have the opportunity to request the career anchors description report and coaching exercise.
