HBA CHICAGO-NORTHERN SUBURBS PRESENTS

Reinterpreting Work/Life Balance - Part 2

A common challenge for ambitious leaders is navigating the demands of work and life, including relationships and our role in our relationships. From these interactive sessions, you'll walk away with ways to see your work and life so that there is space for deeper fulfillment and meaning. The generative lens provides a path to help you see where you can make changes and have more choices.

Part 1 takes place 6 April from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM CST.

Part 2: Revisit Generative Leadership Definition

We will:
- Introduce fact vs fiction and how we collapse the two - we tend to live in stories as if they are fact. And when we can better see the stories we are in, we can take a new stand and change the course, both for ourselves as well as for those we are committed to share futures with (employees, fellow leadership, families, etc.)
- Learn how to filter truth from story
- Break down stories into 4 components. By breaking down opinions and beliefs in this manner, you are able to sift through the stories that are put upon us and that we continue to live

Our promise is to provide a pathway to practice so the learning can be an ongoing, sustainable practice and can be revisited as demands shift over time.
