Managing Up: Influencing Leaders to Shape and Effect Change
How many times have you had a great idea and yet can’t seem to get key leaders to embrace it or act upon it? Or you just can’t seem to influence key strategic decisions with your distinct organizational perspective. Building your influence will make your voice more likely to be heard and acknowledged. And achieving more influence in the workplace will increase your leadership impact and ability to effect change. For this workshop, Karin Blair will facilitate conversations around both enablers and obstacles to effective influence. You will leave with practical takeaways such as the who, what and how of influence and an increased awareness of how you may be limiting your own impact.
