Resilience in leadership: The strength to bring others along with you

Resilience is often considered a personality trait that can only be cultivated by oneself. While many rise to the challenge, others are fatigued by the constant pressures and expectations. Layered with leadership and management responsibilities, it can sometimes be a lonesome spot.
This event will make you think otherwise.
Three highly-respected senior leaders will share their thoughts about adapting to circumstances, playing up achievements, handling disappointment, and more interestingly, the benefits of bringing up others at the same time.
Alkistis Petropaki, General Manager at Advance will provide a macro view on the status on gender equity in Switzerland, with insights on opportunities and barriers faced by organisations and individuals.
Donna Latin, Agile Coach at Novartis will look into ways people build themselves up professionally to become and remain resilient under these conditions. She will provide methods and tools to help build resilience in leaders.
Vicky Pirzas, VP of Product Development at CSL Behring, will share her personal perspective on how resilience helped her become a female leader. She will also explain how organisations can benefit from a workforce with resilience built into the culture.
This is bound to be a lively, insightful and, at times, personal discussion between these three leaders in their professions.
