Creativity to reality. Through success, companies are too often drifting away from their scrappy, creative start-up roots towards a predictable, business as usual reality. In order for companies to stay relevant in the tumultuous contemporary marketplace they must find a balance between creativity and reality. Shideh Bina, founding partner at Insigniam, and HBA 2014 Woman of the Year, will help us understand creativity, reality, organizational dynamics, and their relationship to leading for breakthrough performance.

The evening will provide opportunities to meet, mingle, and network with the HBA St. Louis chapter.
