Raise Your Voice, Own Your Ideas and Other Tips from My Journey to CSO: A Fireside Chat

This event has reached capacity

Join Rosana Kapeller, CSO of Nimbus Therapeutics, and Susan Garfield, principal at EY, for an intimate and engaging fireside chat about Rosana’s professional and personal journey from Brazil to Boston, from scientist to entrepreneur to CSO of one of Boston’s most exciting biotech companies. As one of only a few female CSOs in the biopharma industry, Rosana often finds herself to be the lone woman in a room of senior executives. She will share her experiences and lessons learned from her journey with the senior women attending this lively event and she is committed to influencing the dynamics and composition of executive suites and board rooms over the longer term.

Dinner and drinks will be provided, and there will be ample opportunity for networking with Rosana and the other senior leaders present at the event before and after the facilitated discussion.

Please note: Eligibility criteria must be met to participate. Participation in the Executive Women’s Series (EWS) event is open to HBA members and nonmembers at the director level and above. Please refer to the HBA Boston website for details on eligibility criteria for participation in EWS events. Please contact Jessica Blaustein with any questions.
