Navigating Change: Leading Transition

Event description
The healthcare marketplace is undergoing rapid transformation. As a result, many organizations are evolving their strategies, organizational structures and go-to-market approaches to compete effectively. To keep up, individuals need change agility skills, to lead and guide others. This interactive session, “Navigating Change: Leading Transition” with Dr. Wendy Heckelman, founder, WLH Consulting, Inc., will help participants understand the factors driving change in the healthcare marketplace. Participants will be introduced to the “5C’s of transition leadership”, a framework for understanding how to navigate change and lead others through challenging times. Dr. Wendy Heckelman, has provided strategy development and execution planning consulting services to corporate leaders for 25 years. Companies rely on Wendy’s experience to provide change management and execution implementation to large-scale change initiatives (e.g., M&A, organizational restructuring and field force redesign).

Learning objectives
1. Articulate the impact of change at the organizational, team and individual levels
2. Share best practices for implementing transition leadership
