HBA GLOBAL PRESENTS

2019 3BC: Building Better Business Connections Annual Summit

The 2019 Building Better Business Connections (3BC) community warmly invites you to participate in the annual executive summit, graciously hosted by KPMG LLP. This year’s summit is focused on “Intelligent Automation, Emerging Leadership Competency Models, and Advancing Gender Parity.”

Much of the media around Artificial Intelligence centers on the redesign of work tasks and processes resulting from advances in technology and the potential efficiency and productivity gains to be had. The results of any significant transformation, however, depend on effectiveness of the leaders and leadership guiding that change.

HBA’s 2019 3BC event is designed to stimulate thinking and foster debate among our attending leaders about their future leaders regarding:
  •  - How might our knowledge-worker workforce evolve?
  •  - What do we expect of our leaders with regards to managing this disruption?
  •  - Is it time for a more contemporary leadership profile? What does that look like?
  •  - Amongst all this change, where is the opportunity to accelerate the value of women leaders?

Access to the 3BC executive community is an exclusive benefit included in HBA’s Purple, Gold, and Silver Corporate Partner packages. Typical 3BC summit attendees are senior leaders (senior directors, VPs, and above) from our Purple, Gold, and Silver corporate partner organizations.
