HBA OLD CHICAGO PRESENTS

Diversity and Inclusion: Women Leading the Charge

Event description
Successful diversity and inclusion efforts start with each of us regardless of where we sit within an organization. Women can naturally lead the charge in D&I having impact far beyond gender diversity. A panel of D&I experts will share their personal views and insights. Hear their successes and challenges as they lead D&I efforts in their own organizations. Participate in a series of discussions and walk away with actionable ideas for yourself and your organization.

Learning objectives
1. Understand the impact women have on D&I in the workplace
2. Become aware of the importance of our role and enhance our ability to create an inclusive environment for all
3. Expand your knowledge, reflect on your beliefs and create a personal action plan
