A Crucial Conversations Workshop

Event description
Mastering crucial conversations in high stakes situations is essential for your professional as well as your personal life. Learn how to prepare and conduct those difficult conversations from two accomplished experts.  

Jillian Morenz , a certified trainer with VitalSmarts, the company that wrote the best-selling book Crucial Conversations, will introduce several basic skills and facilitate small group exercises to help participants how to use these skills.  

Shideh Sedgh Bina, founding partner of Insigniam and HBA's 2014 Woman of the Year, will provide real life examples of how women can learn strategies to influence and overcome the corporate myopia and generate breakthroughs in women's leadership roles.
