Event details
As organizations go through significant change, we as leaders have a powerful choice. We can influence the change and proactively find the opportunities in it for ourselves and our teams, or we can be "victims" of the change. We need to get our goals accomplished through others over whom we may have no direct authority. Our executive coach will conduct this workshop and esteemed executives from our sponsors will join and share what good looks like.
During this workshop, you, as leaders will work through a specific influencing goal you have chosen and learn a five-step process to accomplish your goal. You will identify and overcome personal limiting beliefs, learn five different influencing styles, and practice influencing with another participant. You will walk out with a specific action plan tailored to your influencing situation as well as a model that you can apply to influence others in the future.
Learning objectives
1. Practice a five step process to influence others which you can apply in multiple situations
2. Develop an action plan for a specific influencing goal important to you
3. Gain insights from successful executives regarding which influencing styles have worked well for them
