It has been said that a smooth sea has never made a skillful sailor. Join HBA Florida at the Centre Club in Tampa for a discussion with Cindy Day, Mitzie Henson and Shannon Phillips - three founders of the Visible Men Academy in Sarasota, Florida. They will be discussing how professional challenges taught them how to overcome barriers that in turn helped them become successful businesswomen. Learn from their experiences, gain insight into challenges you're facing and turn your adversities into the building blocks of success.

Special instructions: The Urban Center offers valet parking on the east side of the building and there is a parking garage on the south side of the building. The Centre Club is on the east side of the parking garage, on the 8th floor of the Urban Centre.
