HBA CENTRAL NEW JERSEY PRESENTS

Learn How to Thrive and Discover Your Career Path in a Rapidly Changing Industry

Change is constant and inevitable. Our industry is no exception.

How do some people manage to advance their careers in the face of industry uncertainty? One way is to stay agile and relevant to prepare yourself for future workplace success.

Join HBA Central NJ to hear the personal stories of four leaders that overcame the unknown and successfully took control of their own careers. From mergers and acquisitions, to downsizing and reorganizations, they have been through it all. They will share their strategies on staying focused on professional goals, continuously taking on greater responsibility and expanding themselves by thinking at an enterprise-level to serve the needs of each company that they have been a part of.

Learn how to discover your career path and find opportunities to develop yourself as a professional and grow despite the ups and downs of the industry.

Don't forget to bring your business cards so you can take full advantage of this opportunity.
