HBA OLD METRO AREA PRESENTS

Executive Event: Organizational Change - When, Why and How to Make it Work

Event description
The healthcare landscape is evolving rapidly and with it comes a need to change and adapt. Organizational change is a common strategy to optimize resources and meet business challenges. Re-organizations can be very effective, but there is also the feeling that they are overused, and there are many examples showing variable degrees of success.

Our executive leadership panel will share their experiences and learnings on how to make a successful re-organization, starting with identifying the need and its appropriateness, through its implementation and evaluation of success. Key topics will include:
  -  Need: How do you decide if a re-organization is relevant to solve a business problem?
  -  Design: How do you effectively do a re-organization? Key observations and learnings.
  -  Career planning: How do continue to grow your career in the face of re-organizations?

***Executive eligibility criteria must be met to participate: participation in this Executive Women's Breakfast (EWB) event is based on the eligibility requirements as noted in the registration information section below.
