HBA MIAMI PRESENTS

Difficult Conversations and Optimizing Communication in the Workplace

Conflicts small and large arise in our lives on an almost daily basis and a good number of these require some discussion for successful resolution. This two-part workshop starts with an introduction to the topic of communication issues in the work place with an emphasis on communication barriers. Hearing and understanding what is being said to you, as well as effectively getting your message across can make a big difference in productive resolution of conflict. The second part of this interactive workshop will introduce you to some basic methods for conflict resolution and communication of "bad news".
