Signature Series Part 3: Nonverbal Communication & Body Language

Strong communication skills can help you in both your personal and professional life. While verbal and written communication skills are important, research has shown that nonverbal behaviors make up a large percentage of our daily interpersonal communication.In this event, Marlene shares how nonverbal communication is a powerful tool used to connect with others and offers interactive activities to demonstrate this. She will discuss techniques for positive and effective use of body language to communicate the message you want with clarity and intention.
