Working Together to Achieve Gender Equality

Event description
During this dine-around featuring Sheryl Sandberg’s “Lean In” discussion guide, participants will have the opportunity to network as well as converse at their individual tables about gender inequality and how women can work together to better support each other in the workplace in order to improve gender equality.  In addition, participants will share their thoughts on the following questions:     
1. Are both genders able to contribute equally at home and in business?  
2. How do women and men compare when they judge each other’s decisions? 

Learning objectives
1.  Describe ways that men and women can work together to create more equal opportunities at work and at home     
2.  Describe at least two actions you can take tomorrow to support women in your work place or community
