HBA OLD GREATER PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

HBA GPH Fit to Lead Series: Fashion and Fitness Networking Event at Athleta

Event details
Come out and join us for our 2014 fashion and fitness event at Athleta, Center City Philadelphia. Today's leaders in the healthcare industry must be fit- mentally, emotionally and physically - to handle stress, maintain focus, address challenges, improve engagement and motivate others. This event offers a chance to try a new stress-releasing, inspiring workout to boost your focus and energy -- in a private session with your HBA connections.

Our program starts with a good bit of time for networking and shopping. Come early to spend time meeting other professional women from the area who share your participation in the HBA and your passion for fitness. A few chapter leaders are attending and they are eager to meet you and get your comments / feedback on chapter activities. They will be available to talk with you about how to maximize your membership in HBA.

At 8pm Athleta will host an intenSati class for those who want to stay on and try a new workout experience. IntenSati combines empowering affirmations with interval training, martial arts, dance and yoga - a unique combination of fun and work. You will leave this event feeling stronger, uplifted and inspired. An Athleta certified instructor will be leading this. Please wear or bring proper fitness clothing if you plan to stay for the intenSati class. There are changing rooms on-site.

Feel free to bring your friends and family, the more shopping done, the better for the chapter as Athleta has offered to donate 10% of all purchases made during the event to HBA GP. Athleta performance stylists will be on hand to help you try and select fitness /adventure fashions that work best for you.

Light refreshments will be served. Space is limited so sign up early.
