Grit can be defined in many ways but recognizing the importance and influence of your gratitude, resilience, individuality and tenacity can help you visualize “dreams” that you never thought possible. Reflecting on your personal journey, this workshop will help participants:

        • Understand why is grit important.
        • Evaluate and gain awareness of your own grit.
        • Synergize your grit with your purpose and passion.
        • Create a framework to activate your dreams.

Special instructions: This event will be held in the Building 98 Lecture Hall. After parking, please enter through the Lilly Research Lab entrance, not the main lobby. We are planning to request visitor badges. Each visitor will need to pick up the badge from security desk at the lobby. Eli Lilly individuals will escort visitors from the lobby to the event conference room.
