HBA RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK PRESENTS

Sitting at the Table: Strategic Decision Making for Drug Commercialization

Have you ever launched a drug? Been on a drug launch team? Wonder what those ‘other’ departments in your company do and what their role is in the commercialization process? Might knowing this help advance your career?

Join HBA Research Triangle Park for an interactive workshop and get a taste of what it’s like to be on a launch team. See and learn:
• What decisions need to be made?
• What are the implications and alternatives of one set of options over another?
• How do seemingly unrelated commercialization decisions affect downstream processes and cross-functional actions?
• What role do you(r) department play?
• How do the launch planning team decisions ultimately affect me and others as a patient?

Kate Kitsopoulos, principal, Triangle Insights Group, will facilitate this session sharing her expertise and personal experiences along the way. The Triangle Insights Group is a strategic consulting firm in life sciences who provide strategic guidance on critical business issues to leaders.

Please note: Appetizers and refreshments will be provided.
