HBA OLD METRO AREA PRESENTS

Perspectives: A Conversation Between Millennials and Executives

Event description
HBA Metro's Tomorrow’s Executives (TE) affinity group is bringing together those who are new to the industry with pre-selected senior healthcare executives in their annual fall event. The event will feature “speed” networking where attendees will circulate the room and speak candidly with:

  - Ram Chandrasekar, head, analytics center of excellence, Bristol-Myers Squibb
  - Lynn Kenney, global head, communications and government affairs, RB
  - Kinnari Patel, vice president, regulatory, pharmacovigilance and compliance, Rocket Pharma
  - Caroline Maraval, chief of staff, global supplier management group, Merck
  - Sandy Jennings, vice president, North Highland World Wide Consulting
  - Linda DaSilva, northeast life sciences and healthcare business development leader, EY
  - Martin Jernigan, vice president, Novo Nordisk

Young professional attendees will circulate and spend time with each senior leader in intimate groups. The Tomorrow’s Executives group will provide probing questions to spark conversations within the various groups. The questions will also enable attendees to build a mutual understanding and appreciation across career levels (e.g. early career and senior executives).

Additionally, the event will feature a panel discussion with the senior executives post speed-networking. Everyone will be encouraged to share ideas, personal stories and inspirational experiences on how to bridge the generational gap and attain mutual goals. So join the Tomorrow’s Executives affinity group in sharing your perspective with top healthcare executives – they want to hear from you.
