HBA OLD METRO AREA PRESENTS

How You Can Differentiate Yourself in the Age of Mediocrity

Event description
We’ve all seen it: overall business environment has descended into the Age of Mediocrity, discouraged top performance and failed to attract and keep top talent. Our esteemed speaker, executive talent expert Julie B. Kampf, will discuss how individuals can move forward from mediocrity to “my best” in an interactive session. She will discuss the challenges individuals face, shed light on the pivotal role played by leadership and outline practices that can build a workplace culture that attracts top talent. Learn how leaders, individuals and companies can differentiate themselves in the Age of Mediocrity by returning to fundamental principles such as quality, integrity and service.

This program will be capped off with an extended networking session to all attendees to continue building relationships with other scientific and healthcare business professionals.

Julie B. Kampf is the CEO, president and founder of JBK Associates International, an executive talent solutions firm that specializes in the acquisition and development of senior-level leadership with a focus on diversity recruitment and expertise in life sciences and healthcare. In addition to her work at JBK Associates, Julie Kampf brings her commitment to women and diversity to her many volunteer activities, including the Women United in Philanthropy, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Girl Scout Council of Bergen County and The Women’s Health and Counseling Center.
