In this workshop you will develop the key negotiation skills strategies and receive practical handling tips on how to successfully confront situations in business and in life.

Negotiation Skills - Strategies in the Workplace

In this workshop you will learn negotiation skills strategies and receive practical handling tips on how to advocate for your interests in any private or public situation. The workshop will be led by Katja Hausmann, a mediation specialist and coach. Katja with over 20 years professional experience in the healthcare industry will kick-off the session with some theory on the art of negotiating. We will review the key factors to consider when negotiating, as well as the potential outcomes within any negotiation. Including some practical examples, the session will conclude with a networking apero.
