Get Ready for Your Job Interview

Event details
Senior members of the CTC Resourcing Solutions team will share their experiences of dealing with the hiring community and advise you on how to handle all stages of the process from initial phone screening interviews to video conferences and full panel selections.

CTC will share some very common pitfalls candidates make as well how to stand out from your competition. Additionally, we will advise on how you can best present yourself for the role you lack experience in but have the education and aptitude! There will also be a staged interview and the chance to be interactive within small groups performing interview workshop style role-plays.

1. How to prepare for each level of the interview process
2. Understand the type of potential interview questions, techniques for staying calm and how to make the best impression
3. Develop the mindset and become more confident in your abilities to interview successfully
