Patricia Malanda, a professional coach, Calliopée Sàrl, and teacher of strategic management, international human resources and project management, Centre Patronal Vaudois, SAWI, CEFCO and Virgile Formation, will share her experience in stakeholder management. We invite you to learn how to position your project and yourself in your field of stakeholders, how to identify your actors, whether they are opponents, passive, hesitant, committed or supporters and how to get the results you want by communicating according to their individual profile. Optimizing social dynamics management will allow you to successfully communicate, interact and engage with your team and colleagues.
