HBA AUSTIN PRESENTS

Alive and Aware: Choosing To Take A Holistic Approach To Your Healthcare Career

Holistic medicine states that the whole person is made up of interdependent parts and if one part is not working properly, all the other parts will be affected. The same can be said of a career in healthcare.

Each of our speakers will share the power of taking a holistic approach to our healthcare journey. They will elaborate on how recognizing the mind/body connection has taken them to a new level in their career. You will learn how assessing work/life integration and adjusting priorities for different stages of life/career lead them to their current day success.

Layla Tavakolian’s understanding of nutrition in the treatment of the whole person propels her career.

Dr. Eleanor Womack and Clay Womack’s healthcare journey has lead them to have a concierge functional integrative medicine practice that partners well with their hyperbarics/oxygen therapy business.

Dr. Chad Whited will share his career’s purpose of providing world-class voice care to the live music capital of the world.
