Enterprise Thinking: How Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Advances Your Career and Overall Business Results

Enterprise thinking is key to building your influence across your organization. It allows you to leverage cross-functional expertise to enhance your business results. One of the great ways to build an enterprise mindset is through peer-to-peer mentoring. In this forward-thinking event, we’ll discuss how peer-to-peer mentoring can help you better elevate your enterprise mindset, create a network of colleagues to support and help you navigate change in your career, and accelerate career progression.

A key to rising into corporate leadership is knowing how everything comes together to deliver value to customers and patients, and embracing change to improve the way we deliver results across departments.
