Webinar: How to Leverage Social Media to Ignite Your Personal and Professional Success

Please note: This webinar will take place from 8:00 to 9:00 PM ET. Please convert into your local time zone and mark your calendar accordingly.

Webinar description
How To Leverage Social Media to Ignite Your Personal and Professional Success, presented by the HBA Digital Innovators affinity group, will offer a beginner to intermediate level overview of social media as a tool to achieve both personal and professional success.

Attendees will learn tips and best practices to take a resume or CV and translate it into a digital environment, as well as what recruiters look for when searching through sites like LinkedIn. Other social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook can be excellent when translating executive presence into a digital environment. The HBA offers its own professional community using the Higher Logic solution, and this membership benefit is an excellent network of professionals that can easily be connected via a LinkedIn profile - which is why it's so important to have great professional and social media profiles.

Lea Carey, global market strategy lead, Symplur and HBA global board member, will lead this highly engaging and informative session that is meant to serve as first part of a two-part webinar series. Lea will be joined by Julie Kelly, global chair, HBA Digital Innovators, and Kelley Connors, president, KC Health, and global chair, HBA Digital Innovators, and Jessica Pfennig, enterprise digital leader, global commercial, AstraZeneca, and global chair, HBA Digital Innovators. The second, expert level webinar, Advanced Practice Social Media, will take place on Wednesday, October 26 from 8:00 to 9:00 PM ET.

Learning objectives
1. Compare and contrast current knowledge of social media platforms.
2. Apply tips and best practices to take a resume or CV and translate it into a digital environment.
