HBA LONDON PRESENTS

The HBA London Chapter Book Club: Atomic Habits by James Clear

When was the last time you read a book, or a substantial magazine article? Do your daily reading habits revolve around tweets, Facebook updates, or the directions on your ready meal packet? If you are one of countless people who do not make a habit of reading regularly, you might be missing out. Reading has a significant number of benefits, such as mental stimulation, stress reduction, learning and acquiring knowledge, improving focus and concentration as well as helping to develop stronger analytical thinking skills.

And you could gain even more if you discuss what you read with likeminded bookworms! The purpose of our book club is to bring our members together to learn about and discuss topics that matter to them, encouraging critical thinking and deeper engagement through exchanging views on and debating the contents of the chosen book. Our book club is open to all, and you can join in as it suits you – every session is self-contained and there is no obligation to attend all of them. So why not try it?

Our next session will take place via webinar on Monday, 05 July 2021 @ 6pm BST – and the book we will be discussing is ‘Atomic Habits’ by James Clear. You can sign up via the usual process for HBA events.
