HBA FRANKFURT PRESENTS

Management by Objectives - What Does That Mean Nowadays?

How can you use hierarchically driven tools to create a motivated, agile and high performing team consisting of self-organized employees? And what are the struggles and showstoppers in this change?

Being a leader always means to be interested in people, understanding their history, their concerns and their ambitions. If you join a new team this topics are the very first that you will be facing, and will never let you go again. Let that be your superpower: understanding why people are like they are and how you can support to make the best out of them to create a high performing team.
Let me share with you my journey over the last 3 years trying to be an inspiring and motivating leader. What was my plan and how reality looks like? And why I still think that this is the right way to do it.
